Responsible for the process and development of corporate finance services and financial advisory projects to contribute to the generation of value for our clients and their shareholders. This Senior Manager will control correct invoicing and collection management for processes entering their area. They will plan and control time reporting in Oracle to ensure the profitability of the services they lead. Furthermore, they will plan periodic meetings with communication media to allow assertive positioning of the firm in the area they lead, representing the firm in social events as required. Key responsibilities include controlling the quality of deliverables to clients and verifying partner acceptance, ensuring total client satisfaction through permanent control of all process stages. The role also involves preparing backup documentation for each incoming client, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and verifying the entry of all information backups into 'Save it' and the firm's information drive. This individual will generate, lead, and implement changes to established procedures for the area to improve existing ones and apply market best practices, while also providing professional development support to their team.
