The Graduate Program is a one-year structured development program designed for high-potential fresh graduates who are eager to start their technology consulting careers in enterprise technology consulting. This exciting program offers comprehensive training and hands-on exposure to leading digital platforms, including lucrative SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) opportunities, gaining practical experience in supply chain technology jobs. Throughout this entry-level enterprise systems career, participants will work closely with experienced consultants, shadowing on real project activities, and develop both technical and business consulting skills. The program aims to build a strong foundation in enterprise systems, business processes, and implementation methodologies, paving the way for future digital transformation roles for graduates. At the end of the program, high-performing participants who demonstrate strong capabilities, commitment, and potential will be considered for full-time employment opportunities within the team.
Job Responsibilities:

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Intermediate German language proficiency (B1–B2 level or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong motivation to learn enterprise technologies and consulting practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems or supply chain concepts is considered a plus.
