Your mission: As a Senior Manager in our Finance Advisory & Transformation practice, you will lead complex digital transformation programs for CFOs and Finance leadership teams. You will shape strategic roadmaps, supervise delivery teams, and drive engagements in areas such as Gen‑AI, Agentic AI, XP&A, Treasury Management Systems, and next‑generation ERPs. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technology adoption, operating model redesign, and modernisation of finance processes. You will oversee engagement quality, contribute to business development, and play an active role in developing our team and service offering. Be a part of our team where you will: Lead end‑to‑end finance transformation engagements, from scoping and solution design to delivery and execution; Supervise and coach teams working on AI‑enabled use cases, prototypes, and digital finance solutions; Assess and compare emerging technologies, AI capabilities, finance platforms, and market trends to help clients make strategic decisions; Challenge and elevate client deliverables using expertise in data processing, data lineage, financial modelling, reporting, and data science techniques; Drive proposal development, commercial pitches, service presentations, and internal thought‑leadership initiatives; Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, repeat business, and long‑term strategic partnerships; Contribute to the growth and development of the Finance Transformation team through mentoring, knowledge‑sharing, and capability building.

- Bring 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, AI/ML solutions, digital consulting, or financial systems implementation;
- Have strong technical capabilities in Python, AI/ML frameworks, automation, and agent design - and know how to translate them into business value;
- Possess deep knowledge of finance processes, accounting standards, financial reporting, performance management, and regulatory considerations;
- Are proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, PowerBI, Outlook) and comfortable leveraging Copilot/AI‑driven features;
- Demonstrate leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage teams and influence senior stakeholders;
- Have strong problem‑solving skills, analytical rigor, and a proactive, client‑oriented mindset;
- Advanced in Excel & Financial modelling;
- Hold (or are working toward) relevant certifications such as CFA, FPA, FPAC, CMA, FMVA, AFM, CFM, MFM, CFMP, ACCA/ACA (valued);
- Bring experience with FP&A/EPM solutions such as OneStream, IBM Planning Analytics, Jedox, Apliqo, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle, Tagetik, Board, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning (considered an asset);
- Have hands‑on experience with ERP / Core Accounting & Finance systems such as SAP, Oracle Fusion/ERP Cloud, Peoplesoft, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics BC/F&O, Workday Finance, Odoo, Sage, Infor, Unit4, etc. (valued);
