As a Manager Deals – Transaction Services consultant, you will be at the heart of our transaction advisory missions, driving in-depth financial analyses and leading teams in a stimulating and collaborative environment. Your missions will include: Supervising and supporting analyst and senior teams in financial due diligence, valuation, and modeling assignments; Being the primary contact for French and international clients, advising them on acquisition, divestment, or fundraising operations; Overseeing the quality of deliverables and ensuring compliance with PwC standards and deadlines; Actively participating in the business development of the Deals activity, identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals; Collaborating closely with audit and advisory teams to offer an integrated and high-value approach.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Graduate of a major business or engineering school, with a specialization in finance.
• Significant experience of at least 6 years in Transaction Services, M&A, or a related field such as financial transaction consulting, business valuation, or strategic financial analysis.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Natural leadership, client service orientation, and a taste for challenge.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and oral.
