The US PwC Ethics & Compliance team is looking for a full-time resource to support the Records & Information Management team (RIM) team within Ethics & Compliance. The intent is for the resource to serve as the lead Business Analyst, taking on a range of responsibilities with minimal supervision and working directly with key members of stakeholder groups. This critical role will support the RIM team and its compliance programs, including the following key responsibilities:
- Providing support and addressing inquiries throughout the records review process for Partners and Managing Directors.
- Reviewing records retention exception requests with Risk & Independence (R&I) representatives across the Lines of Service (LoS).
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create and maintain retention schedules tailored to specific LoS and Business Services (BSV) groups.
- Working with Acceleration Center (AC) stakeholders on updating RIM policy and retention schedules.
- Responding to various RIM consultation requests received via the mailbox.
- Driving continuous improvement, partnering with RIM Data Analyst and/or other technology teams by identifying workflow enhancements, automation opportunities, and enhancements to the Records Review System (RRS).
- Coordinating with responsible teams (e.g., data providers of client services’ electronic and hardcopy records) to ensure the prompt disposal of records and preparing reports on disposition progress.
- Managing RIM program-related documentation.

The following capabilities and skills are considered desirable for this role within the RIM team:
- Background in Project Management Associate level and/or intermediate Business Analysis level.
- Foundational understanding of business analysis and familiarity with Agile Scrum and/or other delivery methodologies such as Waterfall.
- Working knowledge of business process and/or workflow modeling.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, with the ability to solve problems and propose effective solutions.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Query and Power BI with willingness to learn and apply visualization tools as needed.
- Understand the necessity for quality as a risk management issue.
- Adaptable and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in changing environments and keep leaders informed of progress and outcomes.
- Ability to understand how what we do fits into the larger picture within E&C and the firm.
