Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Our client is a full-service marketing agency with a diverse team of social media managers, digital advertising specialists, content creators, growth hackers, PR and media mavericks, and website and app developers. They focus on brand development with social media strategy, creative solutions, and digital tactics targeted on delivering optimal growth results for their clients.
As a result of their strong growth, they are looking for sharp, commercially driven Business Development Managers who know how to win accounts and close deals. If you have a strong agency background and can confidently sell social media, content, PR, and influencer services — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the Business development team to excellence
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across key industries
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching to closing deals
• Lead client meetings, proposals, and negotiations with confidence and commercial focus
• Build and grow a strong pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
• Work closely with internal teams to shape solutions that align with client needs and drive results
• Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and client demands to spot new revenue opportunities
Requirements:
Who We’re Looking For:
• 5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client servicing within a marketing, social media, PR, influencer management or communications agency
• Hands-on experience managing or selling campaigns that drive results and impact
• Deep understanding of brand strength, reputation management, influencer collaborations, and virality
• Strong background in social media, PR, influencer marketing, or integrated digital campaigns
• Bilingual fluency (Arabic and English)
• Excellent communicator and negotiator, confident in pitching, presenting, and closing deals
• Proactive, target-driven, and strategic in proposal and deck development
- Degree in marketing, communications or similar subject from a reputable university
- Thorough understanding of how business is conducted in KSA as well as the rest of the GCC
Salary:SAR 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
