Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• PwC Professional Skills and Responsibilities for Senior Associate:
  • Client Process Analysis: Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to understand client processes in areas like Risk Management, Business Continuity, and IT Security. Review and summarize existing client frameworks and processes.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop functional/user requirement documents and end-user manuals. Conduct end-user training post system implementation. Prepare and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management plans.
  • System Configuration & Deployment: Configure GRC systems (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow) including data fields, workflows, and user access control. Perform internal unit testing and deploy systems to test/production environments. Handle data migration and post-go-live support.
