Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are supporting a well-established and fast-paced organisation in Dubai to appoint a highly capable Office Manager & Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership team.
This is a pivotal role requiring a proactive, high-energy individual who can operate with pace, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail. The successful candidate will act as a trusted right hand to senior stakeholders, ensuring both business and day-to-day operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Provide full EA support to senior leadership, including complex diary and travel management
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
Act as a key point of contact, managing internal and external communications with professionalism
Office Management
Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office
Manage vendors, suppliers, and office budgets
Ensure a professional, efficient, and well-organised working environment
Operational & Administrative Support
Prepare presentations, reports, and documents to a high standard
Track key deliverables and support leadership with organisation and prioritisation
Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
Additional Support
Provide support with ad hoc and occasional personal tasks as required
Maintain flexibility to support out-of-hours requirements when necessary
Requirements:
Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant supporting senior stakeholders
Highly proactive, organised, and solutions-driven
Strong ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Strong communication skills and professional presence
