We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen our legal team, focusing on corporate law and business law. This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to excel in a dynamic environment, handling complex legal missions and providing strategic legal advisory services. You will play a key role in managing and driving high-value legal missions. Your main missions will be: Support clients in their restructuring operations and complex legal arrangements Legal advice on corporate law (creation, dissolution, liquidation) Management of clients' legal secretariat Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal acts (contracts, articles of association, shareholder agreements, minutes...) Monitoring and management of legal formalities related to company life Active legal watch and proposal of innovative solutions Contribution to cross-functional missions related to the firm's activity Supervision of junior profiles and interns.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Master's degree in private law, ideally in business law or corporate law.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a consulting firm or law firm.
• Mastery of Moroccan business law and ability to manage complex cases autonomously.
• Good understanding of international legal standards.
• Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
• Rigour, proactivity, team spirit, and comfort in a demanding and multicultural environment.
